Wade Miller is a combat veteran and U.S. Marine Corps infantryman who deployed three times to Iraq and the Horn of Africa. A longtime advisor to Russ Vought, who is currently serving as OMB Director, he serves as Executive Director of both the Center for Renewing America and its sister organization, Citizens for Renewing America. He brings over 15 years of conservative political experience, including roles as Political Director for Senator Ted Cruz’s 2018 campaign and Chief of Staff to Congressman Chip Roy.

Ashlea recently served as Chief of Staff at the White House Office of Management and Budget under Director Russ Vought. In that role, she managed the largest agency in the Executive Office of the President while also overseeing agency staff transitions and implementing policy priorities of President Trump.

Prior to joining the Administration, Ashlea was the Director of Operations and Programs for Hillsdale College in Washington, D.C. where she oversaw operations, budget, and staff, with a focus on bolstering the scholastic mission of the college in Washington D.C. as well as building relationships with Capitol Hill. Ashlea also worked for The Heritage Foundation’s Center for American Studies as the Program Manager. In the 2012 and 2016 election cycles, Ashlea served with the Official Proceedings team at the Republican National Convention, where she was responsible for interfacing with VIP program participants, U.S. Secret Service, and RNC staff to ensure smooth transitions for the Convention.

Additionally, Ashlea advises students and young professionals on career development, speaking at events around the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Ashlea is a recipient of America’s Future Foundation’s William F. Buckley Award for her dedication to conservative values. She lives in Virginia with her husband Allen and goldendoodle Maple.

Michelle Martin has spent the past few years building relationships with accidental activists within the conservative movement in an effort to educate and engage voters and restore a principled perspective on politics and politicians.

She has a background in writing and marketing, with a passion for creating a vision of what’s possible and a pathway to achieve it. Michelle fights for individual liberty and for constrained government because without them, we cannot have a free society.

Leslie is a grassroots activist. She has spent more than a decade working for conservative campaigns and policy ballot initiatives in several states across America.

After working in corporate America for many years, Leslie became involved in the political arena while living in Colorado. She brought her business experience to working with teams to win races for candidates and causes.

Leslie loves living in Phoenix, Arizona. She has her MBA from Assumption College in Worcester MA, and her proudest moment was becoming a naturalized US Citizen in 1996.
